Today i attended a course together with another 2 newbie from nus. So we were catching up what we are doing so far. So the question brought up. Is this the place, you will want to stay here for long? Seriously, i have been thinking about this question since after 1 month. We realised one thing, or rather just me, nus train us different from others. We simply cant accept the fact that sometime we are sitting at other desk surf net and get paid. We seriously think we can do more than what we are doing now. In fact, the project i am doing is so out of my expectation. I hate dealing with hardware but my job requires it. I studied really good stuff from school but in fact is not use it usefully. Not even 20% of the stuff what i learnt is used. I am quite disappointed actually. Maybe i am fortunate in some way like is a family orientated job but somehow or rather i dont feel that it is right. At least the 8 hours in the office, i feel myself so wrong.
We come out a conclusion that we need to rethink our career currently. Sometime, is really good to have friends from different project team.
