Happening + Reflection N

Was really busy with work. Was trying to rush out the presentation for the upcoming Monday. My weekends just burn like that. Was the first time, so busying at work. Although is tough, the atmosphere was not tense neither stress. Everyone does their own ways of managing the stress and try not to affect the one and other. When come to discussion, everyone is like trying their best to get each other to buy their idea. When i was in school,  most of the time we listen to one person talk and the rest just follow. But here, everyone on the table except me and my colleague, try to make each other buy over their idea. Everyone has a very good reason at their back why things should go on their way. In the end, we go on a voting system or let the higher authority to decide whose idea to be use. This few days, i really learn a lot things at work. I used to complain about my work why this is like that. I hate this and that. I cant work with this person or that person. However,  a lot of it is my mindset and attitude to my job. I cant simply keep asking others to follow how i work and not accepting their method of working. It about how to manage different people at work.

Had a long conversation from this friend over a dinner. The content of the conversation should be a secret between the 2 of us. So i wouldnt talk about the content. However,  the conversation is a good. It make me really think through about what really happened for the past years. Told me this, "Everything starts from the heart"
